My route took me up and down some big hills, which was a great workout, but meant I had to change my clothes when I biked I got sweaty and chafed otherwise. When I lived in Vancouver, I commuted to work by bike every day for about four years. I’ve been cross-country mountain biking on and off since I was six thanks to a dad who loved the sport, and I also dabble in casual road riding with friends.
